It is always very difficult to choose an auto body shop. In the past, I have had some very bad experiences and in general, it is one of those professions that have some proprietors who are not reputable. The problem is, unless you know the owners, you are throwing the dice.

We were recommended to you by a friend who told us they would never go to another auto body shop – ever! The results of their first encounter with you brought them back again and they have been recommending you ever since.

Our experience was as good as I could have hoped for. You did not take my car in for repair until all the paper work was in order and you had all the parts necessary to complete the repair. You provided a rental car and when the car was ready when you said it would be. I have a good friend who is a car fanatic and when I told him I had just picked my car up after extensive repair work from my accident he said “let me take a look at the work”. He said he couldn’t believe that he could not tell where the work had been done (I wouldn’t tell him, and when I showed him where the paint had been feathered into the hood area and the roof, he was amazed.

Again, I want to thank you both for your work, your consideration and for the great coffee.
